Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request is made within 30 days of delivery.
  • The trailer must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
  • All original parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Trailers that have been used, customized, modified, or damaged after delivery.
  • Custom or special-order trailers built to customer specifications.
  • Trailers marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase.

Return Process

If you need to return a trailer, please follow the steps below:

  2. Return Authorization: Upon approval, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA.

  3. Shipping the Trailer: Securely package the trailer for return and ship it back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error or defect. We recommend using a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for trailers lost or damaged during return shipping.

Inspection and Approval

Once your returned trailer is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria:

  • All included accessories, documentation, and manuals must be present.

If the trailer meets these conditions, your return will be approved, and we will process your refund.

If the return is rejected due to damages or use, we will contact you and offer to ship the trailer back to you at your expense.

Refund Policy

Approved returns will be refunded as follows:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned trailer. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Shipping fees, taxes, and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective trailer).

Damaged or Defective Trailers

If your trailer arrives damaged or defective:

  3. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, based on the situation.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before the trailer ships for a full refund. If the trailer has already shipped, you must follow the return process outlined above. Shipping fees are non-refundable after the order has been shipped.
