Shipping Locations

AbrarOnline currently ships trailers within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally at this time. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, military APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders.

If you are located outside the continental United States and are interested in purchasing a trailer, please contact our support team to explore possible alternatives.

Shipping Methods

Due to the size and nature of our products, trailers are shipped using specialized freight carriers that ensure safe and reliable transportation. Depending on your location and the type of trailer purchased, shipping may include:

  • Curbside Delivery: The trailer will be delivered to the nearest curb or driveway.
  • Liftgate Service: For larger trailers, a liftgate truck may be used to lower the trailer to the ground for easier unloading.

For food trailers, dump trailers, and utility trailers, you may also request White Glove Delivery Service at an additional cost, which includes unpacking, inspection, and setup at your specified location. Contact our support team for more details on this service.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the trailer being purchased. The shipping fee will be displayed during checkout once the delivery address is provided. Some trailers may qualify for free shipping promotions, which will be clearly marked on the product page when applicable.

Shipping Times

Delivery and Inspection

We strongly recommend that you or an authorized representative be present during delivery to inspect the trailer. Upon delivery, please inspect the trailer for any visible damage, such as dents, scratches, or missing parts.

If you notice any damage or issues with your trailer upon delivery:

  1. Note the damage on the delivery receipt.
  2. Take photos of the damage.
  3. Contact AbrarOnline immediately at info@abraronline.com to report the issue.

We will work quickly to resolve any problems, whether through replacement, repairs, or other necessary actions. Failure to report damage within 48 hours of delivery may affect the resolution process.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If no one is available to receive the trailer at the time of delivery, the shipping carrier may attempt redelivery. Redelivery fees may apply, and any additional costs will be the responsibility of the customer. To avoid these fees, please ensure someone is available at the delivery location on the scheduled date.

For trailers requiring specialized delivery, such as food trailers, you may also need to coordinate with the delivery driver in advance to ensure the delivery goes smoothly.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to the size and weight of our products, there may be certain restrictions or limitations depending on the delivery location, including rural or remote areas. If your address falls within a restricted or difficult-to-reach location, please contact us before placing your order to determine whether special arrangements can be made.

AbrarOnline is not responsible for delivery issues or delays due to incomplete or inaccurate address information. Please ensure that all shipping details provided during checkout are correct and up to date.

International Shipping

At this time, AbrarOnline does not offer international shipping. We ship only within the continental United States. If you are located outside of this area and are interested in purchasing a trailer, please contact us to discuss potential shipping options or third-party logistics.
